Today, we celebrated the 78th Independence Day at RMSD with a heartfelt and memorable ceremony. The event was honored by the presence of Sri Harsha Basavaraj, Chief Operating Officer of Rangsons Aerospace, and presided over by Sri R. Guru, Chairman. Our gathering included NR Family members, school children, parents, and staff.
The ceremony began with our students offering a dignified salute to the national flag and guests during a solemn march past. This was followed by a spirited group dance to the patriotic song “Mera Mulk Mera Desh Mera Yathaan” and a soulful rendition of “O Thaye Bharathi.”
A highlight of the event was when Mrs. Padmamma, a senior member of the NR Family, honored last year’s top achievers. Ms. Kumari, who scored 83% in the SSLC exams, and Ms. G.M. Ashwini, who achieved 91% in the 2nd PUC exams, were presented with cash prizes in recognition of their exceptional academic performance.
The program was conducted entirely by our students. Ms. Jhanavi eloquently highlighted the significance of the day, while Ms. Aisha warmly welcomed our esteemed guests. The ceremony concluded with heartfelt votes of thanks delivered by Ms. Kavya.
It was a day filled with pride and joy as we celebrated our nation’s independence and recognized the outstanding achievements of our students.
